ABOUT THE ROLE: PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

This is a leadership role in patient experience, not just scheduling.
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll guide patients through life changing care from start to finish.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

· Welcome new patients and build trust from day one
· Coordinate appointments, virtual consults, and follow-ups
· Manage patient communications with empathy and clarity
· Work closely with our clinical team to ensure seamless care
· Improve and build systems as we grow
