OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless experience from appointment scheduling to follow-up care. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a background in medical or dental office settings, with a solid understanding of medical terminology. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage patient interactions will be critical in fostering a positive environment for both patients and staff.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in an office setting, preferably within a dental or medical office.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using office software and electronic health record systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • A compassionate approach towards patient care and customer service.

  • Assist in coordinating referrals to specialists as needed.
