Patient Care Coordinator – Scheduling. Be a key part of the clinical care team by ensuring patients receive timely, coordinated care. As a Patient Care Coordinator – Scheduling, you’ll support clinical operations by managing provider schedules, coordinating patient appointments, and serving as a reliable point of contact for patients and care teams. Your attention to detail, understanding of clinical workflows, and commitment to patient-centered care will help create a smooth, efficient experience that supports both patients and providers. Works under the general direction of a physician or his/her designee, utilizing communication and management skills to coordinate seamless care delivery for patients in a surgical or non-surgical setting. Will act as a patient advocate to assure the patient's access to health care during their entry into and through the services of the clinic. Required Qualifications: * 1 year - Experience in medical/healthcare setting or two years in a customer service role. * Prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.
