EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a medical facility or medispa (5 years Required)
  • Proficiency in Windows Office, Excel, Jane, Canva
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Management (5 years Required)
  • Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required)
  • Possess a professional demeanour, polished and poised in appearance
  • Strong Administrative skills
  • Outgoing and welcoming persona
  • Excellent communication skills (perfect English)
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads)
  • Ability to edit photographs and videos for social media engagement

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

A high school diploma and post-secondary education is required. Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred.

TECHNICAL OR ADMINISTRATIVE KNOWLEDGE:

  • Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision-making, analytical and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (Jane)

  • Providing five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients, be the welcoming face of the clinic
  • Manage the patient registration process, loyalty programs, and patient management system
  • Billing and Invoice management ( Jane System)
  • Maintain patient flow and room management
  • Manage online store and delivery of shipments
  • Use a variety of communication platforms and software
  • Work effectively both independently and in teams
  • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
