We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Virtual Assistant to support our healthcare operations. The ideal candidate has prior medical experience, is professional and confident on camera, and can support patient-facing and backend clinical workflows. Key Responsibilities Manage prescription-related tasks, including refill requests and coordination with providers and pharmacies Handle patient check-in and check-out, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth patient flow Process and track referrals to specialists, including follow-ups and required documentation Create and update patient action plans as directed by providers Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare documentation standards Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and internal team members via phone and video calls Requirements Medical background required (clinic, hospital, or healthcare virtual setting) Experience in medical administrative support Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient coordination Presentable and professional on camera (required to be on camera during shift) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment Schedule & Availability Working Hours: Between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST
