We’re seeking a compassionate, highly organised Patient Care Coordinator to be a trusted point of contact for patients. From their first appointment through treatment, you’ll help people feel welcomed, informed and supported while keeping the details of their care on track.

Working predominantly in the clinic, you’ll connect patients with specialists and nurse teams. It’s a varied role for someone who enjoys both personal interaction and accurate administration.

What you’ll be doing

- Welcoming patients and responding to enquiries in person, by phone, email and patient portal

- Coordinating appointments, registration, consent forms and pre-treatment requirements

- Keeping patient records accurate and confidential

- Explaining treatment costs and processing payments with sensitivity

- Liaising with clinical and finance teams to support smooth care and billing
