PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR WITH SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERIENCE

Part-Time / Full-Time Position

Nuevo Medical & Skin Lab is a modern medical and aesthetics clinic dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and results-driven treatments. We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who is not only organized and compassionate but also has strong skills in social media management to help us grow our online presence.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Medical Office Assistant, Patient Care Coordinator, or similar role (experience with OSCAR & JANE EMR an asset)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Creative mindset with basic content creation/graphic design skills preferred
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

• Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using OSCAR & JANE EMR
• Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support clinic operations and administrative tasks as needed
• Create and manage engaging content for the clinic’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Assist in developing social media campaigns to promote services and events
