You will be the main point of contact for patients, ensuring orders are accurate, issues are resolved, and documentation is complete. Accurately enter patient information and process orders through online systems. Obtain medically necessary documentation and ensure all orders are complete. Troubleshoot and resolve patient issues regarding equipment delivery or usage. Perform outbound and inbound calls to follow up on patient needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of patient concerns. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards. Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional relevant experience preferred. 1–3 years of customer service or healthcare-related experience in a team-oriented environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and basic office equipment. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of problem-solving independently.
