Your contribution

• Instruction and follow-up instruction in the handling and operation of therapy devices in the field of sleep medicine
• Fitting masks to patients
• Independent consultation and support of our patients/customers in connection with the provided medical device/accessory
• Handling all administrative tasks related to the induction and adjustment (especially: documentation of patient care and consultation) as well as general office work.
• Scheduling appointments for patient care 
• Telemedical care for customers
• Contact person for prescribers from the location/building

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a health and nursing care professional or dedicated medical assistant; career changers from other fields are also welcome.
• Confident and friendly demeanor when dealing with patients
• Good computer skills
• Strong team and service orientation
• Flexibility, high level of commitment, strong communication skills, and an independent work ethic
