Overview Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Outpatient Patient Care Manager/Full Time Irving, TX Responsibilities BSW Rehab Outpatient in Irving has an exciting opportunity to add a Patient Care Manager to our Leadership Team at our Irving MacArthur location on the BSW Health hospital campus! We are looking for an eager and energetic leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for clinical mentorship and support, a desire for program growth and expansion, the ability to develop and maintain referral relationships, and good organizational skills to collaborate with Center and Regional Leaders. We are a staff of Occupational, Physical and Speech rehab clinicians for all orthopedic, high-functioning neurologic, Pelvic Health and ReVital oncologic service lines. Qualifications • Valid State License in Physical Therapy required. • Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy required. • Certified BLS required.
