Description To monitor patient medication coordination and assists in providing necessary supports for clinic. Requirements 1. High School diploma 2. Evidence of the knowledge of the dynamics of chemical dependency rehabilitation and of the resources available to the chemically dependent, and appreciation of the self-help groups. 3. Must have good communication skills and boundaries with both staff and patients. 4. Must be a growth oriented person willing to set and work towards professional goals. 5. Must demonstrate appreciation and willingness to develop continuing skills towards multicultural competency within a behavioral health setting. 6 Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
