What You’ll Do Provide full lifecycle customer service, including inbound and outbound calls. Respond to patient inquiries with compassion and active listening. Route calls and manage patient accounts accurately. Schedule appointments and assist with non-clinical information verification. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing. Escalate issues appropriately when needed. Requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year of medical terminology or medical services experience required. Minimum of two years of call center, quality improvement, or healthcare operations required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Proficient and comfortable in a computer-based environment. Experience in a call center environment preferred. Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
