Responsibilities

The Client Care Specialist 1 contributes to excellence in patient care and operational efficiency by seamlessly transitioning between HIV testing duties and administrative/front office roles. They will process patient referrals, identify and verify insurance coverage, and actively participate in cross-functional rotations to enhance the patient experience.
