What You'll Be Doing As a Temporary Patient Care Specialist, you will receive focused onboarding and support to help you quickly become comfortable with the role. · Connecting with patients by phone and supporting their appointment needs. · Reaching out to patients who are due or overdue for dental care. · Scheduling appointments based on clinic availability and patient needs. · Providing a professional, friendly, and empathetic patient experience. · Accurately documenting patient interactions and appointment information. · Following established communication, scheduling, and escalation processes. · Working closely with the Patient Support Centre team to support daily priorities and patient-care objectives.
