As a Patient Care Specialist, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery.  You will partner with the Patient Care Manager and the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.  Requirements * Valid driver’s license * HS Diploma / GED * Associates degree preferred * CPR / First Aid Responsibilities: * Check in with manager for resident report and receive any added assignment. * Supervise resident AM/PM care. * Supervise patient medication, document all incoming medications, and coordinate with nurse and psychiatrist/physician regarding medication compliance. * Maintain residents’ schedule for your shift. * Observe and assure adherence to house rules. * Monitor all chores and work projects. * Run didactic groups and assist residents with recreational activities that promote comfort, security, and recovery.
