Skills and experience :

We’d love to hear from candidates with the following skills, but we’re also happy to train the right person. 

• Experience in customer service or patient care. 
• Confident computer skills; Mac experience is a bonus. 
• Able to troubleshoot phones, apps, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. 
• The ability to remain calm, organised and compassionate. 
• A strong commitment to confidentiality and quality service.

We are offering 2 x full-time roles, based in our office in Hillsdale, the hours - Monday-Friday, 10am to 7pm

This role cannot work from home or remotely

You must hold permanent Australian residency / citizenship or equivalent work rights to be eligible for this position.
