As a Patient Care Specialist, you will work directly with patients, assisting with medical equipment fittings, patient education, scheduling, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with fitting and proper use of medical equipment. Process patient equipment orders and maintain accurate documentation. Schedule appointments and provide outstanding customer service. Educate patients on equipment use, care, and maintenance. Maintain equipment cleanliness and sanitation standards. Support inventory management and office operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulations. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to work closely with patients in a clinical setting Preferred: Associate degree Healthcare, rehabilitation, fitness, medical office, or retail experience Military service, military spouse, or familiarity with military communities Compensation $18.00–$28.00 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and location.
