The VITREA Clinic Hagen-Ambrock is a rehabilitation clinic for neurology and neurosurgery and an acute care hospital for pulmonary and bronchial medicine. The rehabilitation clinic offers the full spectrum of rehabilitation services, from early rehabilitation to advanced rehabilitation following neurosurgical procedures and neurological conditions for adults. It has 250 beds. The 80-bed acute care hospital treats all respiratory diseases, including intensive care. 640 employees care for our patients daily. The VITREA Clinic Hagen-Ambrock is located in the southern part of Hagen. Hagen is known as the "Gateway to the Sauerland" or the "Gateway to the Ruhr Area."
