How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide high-quality patient care under RN supervision, assisting with patient intake, positioning for infusions/injections, and supporting the clinical team during specialized procedures. Monitor pediatric patients during treatment and promptly report any physical, mental, or emotional changes—such as potential infusion reactions—to the nursing staff to ensure immediate intervention. Maintain a pristine, orderly clinical environment; manage medical equipment and ensure infusion bays are sanitized and fully stocked to meet strict outpatient safety standards. Facilitate activities of daily living and provide a comforting presence for children and their families, helping to reduce anxiety during treatment sessions. Maintain accurate, real-time records of patient status, clinical observations, and care activities in compliance with clinic protocols and healthcare regulations. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
