Dialysis Shift Times & Requirements Work Days: Monday through Saturday Weekends: Required to work every other Saturday and No Sunday shifts Shift Times: Must be flexible to work rotating shifts starting as early as 3am, and work rotating Saturdays- NO SUNDAYS Requirements: Must be flexible and able to work rotating shifts May be required to cover shifts at other clinics Schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated Work schedules are always provided in advance to support work-life balance DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
