Schedule: As Needed for Coverage / Per Diem Shift: Nights: 7:00pm - 7:30am shifts, w/some weekend and holiday coverage as required Location: 500 Remington Boulevard, Bolingbrook, IL 60440 The community you’ll be caring for: UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook The role you’ll contribute: Performs basic and advanced validated clinical and non-clinical patient care activities as delegated by supervising nurse in assigned area The value you’ll bring to the team: Other duties as assigned. Supports nursing staff with patient care tasks. Monitors and reports patient conditions. Ensures proper functioning and maintenance of medical equipment. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Follows safety and infection control protocols. Participates in training and development activities. Maintains clean and orderly patient rooms. Assists patients with personal care and activities of daily living. Reports findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Documents necessary records accurately and timely. Aids with movement and placement of patients. The expertise and experience you’ll need to succeed: High School Grad or Equiv Required Work Experience Required State Certified Nurse Assistant Credentials OR Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) Required OR Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Required or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Required
