This outpatient dialysis center features 11 stations and serves 45–47 patients from Franklin, Clinton, and St. Lawrence counties. Nationally ranked in the 95th percentile for efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction, the unit excels in anemia management and dialysis adequacy. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the technician will provide age-specific, compassionate care and support patients in maintaining eligibility for lifesaving treatments. Education High school diploma required Completion of a dialysis training program and successful passage of the dialysis exam within 18 months of hire BONENT certification encouraged Additional Qualifications Prior patient care training required; dialysis experience preferred Current BLS certification required ACLS and PALS certifications required if applicable to assigned duties Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for entire shift Full visual, auditory, and manual dexterity required Flexibility to rotate shifts, including weekends and holidays Core Values All team members are expected to uphold the REACH values: Respectful, Efficient, Accountable, Caring, and Honest.
