The Patient Care Technician (PCT) is an essential part of the care team, working closely with nurses and therapists to support patients throughout their care journey. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time direct patient experience; or 2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in a healthcare setting; or 3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time face-to-face customer service experience; or 4. Matriculation in a Nursing Program. NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
