PCT– Medical Surgical Unit at Providence Newberg Medical Center. This posting represents 24 hour per week positions. Day and night shift opportunities are available (12 hour shifts that begin at 7am or 7pm) with rotating weekends. Required Qualifications: * Coursework/Training: For hires after 07/26/2023: Completion of a MA program (not required to maintain certification after hire), Or Completion of first semester nursing program, Or EMT program completion (not required to maintain certification after hire) or * 1 year of acute patient care experience, Or 6 months experience in a direct patient care environment in providing clerical support related to Provider or Patient documentation or charting. * Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. * Experience with basic data entry. * 6 months Phlebotomy skills.
