Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. - Provide support during medical procedures and examinations. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. - Assist with the transportation of patients within the facility. - Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records. - Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols. Skills and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Nursing Assistant preferred. - BLS REQUIRED - Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Compassionate and patient-focused attitude. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records. - Ability to lift and move patients safely. - Requires regular and predictable attendance.
