JOB SUMMARY

The Patient Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for patients within our healthcare facility. This position involves managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
This is a position to cover maternity leave although the aim of the clinic is significant growth during this period which may lead to a full time opportunity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous office experience is essential, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Administrative experience is highly desirable, showcasing strong organisational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical record systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • A compassionate approach to patient care with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is eager to contribute positively to our team and enhance the patient experience through exceptional coordination and support.
    Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

    Pay: £25,420.00-£32,729.72 per year
