Drs Tatiana + Rishi Advanced Aesthetics is a prestigious and renowned medical aesthetic clinic in the Harley Street Medical District. We are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our friendly and vibrant team.
We are seeking an individual with at least 2 years’ experience working in a receptionist role within the medical or hospitality sector.
The Opportunity:
We are a leading medical aesthetic clinic offering a wide range of innovative treatments. The appointee will have the opportunity to acquire an in-depth knowledge about medical aesthetic services whilst learning from Doctors and Surgeons. The Role:

The role involves the following areas:

  • Providing outstanding customer service. This is at the heart of what we do and will include timely, accurate and well-written communication with patients (phone, email, messaging and social media)
  • Welcoming patients and guiding them through their visits at the clinic. You will be expected to coordinate patient treatment plans, appointments and packages.
  • Converting leads into bookings and product sales.
  • Optimise efficiency of the patient pathway and use of clinician time through adept diary management
  • Encourage patients to leave feedback and reviews.
  • Engage with social media to promote the clinic, staff and treatments.
  • Assist with general duties such as opening and closing the clinic, managing stock, and managing retail of skin products, treatment packages and gift cards.

Hours: full time 40 hours per week - usual clinic hours are 10am -7pm - shifts to include an occasional later night to accomodate buisness needs 8pm/8.30pm.

Skills Required:

  • Must have excellent and fluent English verbal and written communication.
  • Have meticulous attention to detail, demonstrate initiative and the ability to multi-task.
  • Have an outgoing, friendly and professional manner.
  • Be an enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Have excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and accommodating to the needs of the clinic and team.

Salary range £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
