JOB SUMMARY

Wythenshawe Dental Clinic is looking for a friendly and organised Part-Time Patient Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team. You’ll be working in-clinic 2-3 times a week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they walk in. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is naturally organised, and can thrive in a busy clinical setting.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred.
  • Previous dental experience.
  • Previous experience in sales.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • A compassionate attitude towards patient care and a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
    This is a hands-on, people-facing role that requires someone who’s confident, professional, and ready to be a key part of our friendly team.   • Answering incoming calls and handling appointment enquiries
  • Following up with patients via phone or text to confirm bookings or recalls
  • Managing patient records and ensuring all paperwork is up to date
  • Taking payments and explaining treatment plans or fees when required
  • Communicating clearly with both patients and clinical staff to ensure the day runs smoothly
