We welcome women from all over the South-East and beyond to attend in person but also offer virtual appointments by telephone and encrypted video consultation to patients who are further afield, many of whom live worldwide.
Job Details:
Due to expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a well presented, friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join us at The Amara Clinic based in Kent, a sanctuary led by women for women, where healthcare is personalised, not standardised. We’re seeking an experienced person who is able to play a key role in maintaining our exceptional care and serene environment, offering a comprehensive range of women’s health services. We value experience, with a minimum of 3 years required for this full-time, in-clinic role.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in using medical management software.
  • An excellent and confident telephone manner
  • Accurate typing skills, good English (written & spoken)
