Requirements -Experience: Previous experience in patient collections or a related field is required. -Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy. -Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively. -Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze issues and develop solutions to enhance the collections process. -Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service to our patients and team.
