This is a remote position. About the Role Virtual Rockstar is hiring a Patient Communication & Relations Virtual Assistant on behalf of a health and wellness practice in the US. The Patient Communication & Relations Virtual Assistant will play an essential role in supporting the practice’s patient engagement initiatives by assisting with communication, follow-ups, and outreach while also supporting the marketing team. This position is designed to help foster strong patient relationships, ensure smooth communication, and encourage patients to begin and stay engaged in their health journey. Responsibilities Patient Communication & Engagement Communicate with patients via telephone, text, and email in a professional and positive manner. Follow up with patients to encourage appointment scheduling and continued care. Provide a high-energy, supportive presence to excite patients about starting their health journey. Marketing & Outreach Support Assist the marketing team in coordinating campaigns and outreach initiatives. Support social media engagement by responding to inquiries or directing messages to the appropriate team members. Help maintain a positive reputation through patient and community engagement. Collaboration & Administration Join team meetings to stay aligned with patient engagement and marketing goals. Provide administrative support on projects and campaigns as needed. Tools & Systems Used EMR: Athelas Air CRM: CIMA Growth Solutions Social media platforms & scheduling tools Basic design and communication tools Requirements Prior experience in client/patient communication, customer service, or virtual assistance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive, energetic personality with the ability to inspire and motivate patients.
