At Ackerman Cancer Center, we believe in a work-life balance, ensuring your personal and professional fulfillment.  Position Summary: The Patient Concierge is the first point of contact for patients and visitors, setting the tone for an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. This role is responsible for preparing and closing the front desk and lobby each evening, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment, and ensuring refreshments are ready for patients. The Patient Concierge also provides support to the front office team with check-ins, phone calls, and administrative tasks. Schedule: Part-time, Monday evenings, 5PM-10PM Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and close the front desk and lobby each evening to ensure the space is patient-ready. * Warmly greet patients and visitors, offering assistance and ensuring they feel comfortable and informed. * Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area throughout the evening. * Prepare and restock refreshments such as coffee, water, and cookies for patients. * Assist patients with check-in procedures and direct them to appropriate areas as needed. * Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate team members. * Support front office staff with light administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry. * Communicate supply needs, maintenance issues, or patient concerns to the appropriate staff promptly. * Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and a caring attitude at all times. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or medical office settings preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, polished presentation. * Friendly and empathetic demeanor with strong attention to detail. * Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office technology.
