Our Company is nationally recognized, with vast clinical experience in a wide variety of eye surgical services, advanced technology, and proven results. This will be a Hybrid position to include some of the Patient Services Representative duties. Provide exemplary customer service for our patients Patient check-in and out, answering phones Insurance referrals Processing patient paperwork as required Completing patient registration by obtaining consent for medical care and financial agreements Coordinating care with other services Providing information about services Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum one (1) year of general office experience in a healthcare setting, Ophthalmology preferred.
