Performing patient check-in and out, answering phones, and other duties as assigned Coordinating care with other services Insurance referrals Processing patient paperwork as required Completing patient registration by obtaining consent for medical care and financial agreements Obtaining and verifying demographic and financial information through the pre-registration process Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1-year general office experience in a healthcare setting (Ophthalmology preferred) Knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office Demonstrate excellence in communication skills and ability to convey ideas and information, verbally and in writing Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Benefits: Competitive Salary $19 - $23 Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Robust Ancillary Benefits 401(k) Plan with employer contribution Company Paid Life Insurance Generous PTO/Holiday EEO Statement
