Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients and visitors warmly, both in person and over the phone Schedule routine, follow-up, and specialty appointments as needed Serve as a key point of contact, responding to patient and visitor inquiries with professionalism and empathy Facilitate smooth patient flow by coordinating with clinical staff and communicating delays or updates Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills during challenging patient interactions Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing Support a positive, efficient front-office experience in a team-based environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $19–$23 per hour Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) plan with employer contribution Company-paid life insurance Robust ancillary benefits Generous paid time off and paid holidays EEO Statement Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of one year of general office experience in a healthcare setting preferred Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and Windows-based systems Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through on tasks in a fast-paced environment
