JOB OVERVIEW:

BeYouClinic is seeking a passionate, results-driven Patient Coordinator / Sales Representative with a background in aesthetics to join our team. This position requires someone who is personable, customer-focused, and experienced in the aesthetics industry. You will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, coordinating appointments, and guiding patients through their treatment journey while promoting and selling the clinic’s services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in the aesthetics industry (medical aesthetics, skincare, beauty, or related fields) is highly preferred.
• Proven sales experience, ideally in a healthcare or aesthetic environment..
• A passion for aesthetics and delivering exceptional customer service to create a luxurious patient experience.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and services (e.g., injectables, lasers, skin care, body contouring, etc.) is essential.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage patient expectations while providing high-quality care and consultation.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to building client relationships and achieving sales targets.

• Welcome and assist patients, creating a warm and professional first impression that aligns with our brand’s high standards.
• Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring a smooth and organized process from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up.
• Act as a key point of contact for patients, answering queries, providing detailed information about our aesthetic services, and guiding them in choosing the right treatments.
• Promote and upsell BeYouClinic’s aesthetic services (such as skincare, laser treatments, body contouring, injectables, etc.) to existing and prospective patients.
• Create tailored service plans for patients, based on their aesthetic goals and needs.
• Manage patient records, ensuring that all information is current and accurate in line with our clinic’s policies.
• Maintain relationships with patients by following up on treatments, offering advice, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Assist in sales activities and ensure clinic targets and KPIs are met.
• Promote ongoing specials, new treatments, and services to both new and returning clients.
• Support marketing efforts by ensuring a cohesive presentation of our services in both digital and in-clinic materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for patient use.
