We are seeking a dynamic and organized Patient Coordinator and Sales professional to join our team. This dual-role position requires a blend of exceptional patient coordination skills and proactive sales abilities. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-up, while also driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a patient-facing role within a medical or aesthetic clinic is preferred. Sales experience, particularly in conducting outbound calls to warm and cold leads, is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in clinic management software, and robust IT and social media skills.
  • Attributes: A friendly and professional demeanour, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: A background in healthcare administration, sales, or a related field is advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Patient Engagement: Greet patients warmly, manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and provide detailed information about our services and treatments.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage the clinical team’s diaries, and optimize the clinic’s schedule for efficiency.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate patient records, handle payment transactions, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Patient Support: Guide patients through their treatment journey, address concerns, and provide pre- and post-treatment information to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
  • Sales Activities: Conduct outbound sales calls to warm and cold leads, promote clinic services, and convert inquiries into appointments.
  • Social Media Management: Utilize strong IT and social media skills to engage with potential clients, promote services, and enhance the clinic’s online presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with medical professionals and administrative staff to coordinate patient care and clinic operations.
  • Clinic Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area and ensure that all patient-facing materials are up-to-date.
