Position Overview We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves solving problems before they become problems, and keeps things humming behind the scenes. This role provides direct administrative, technical, and operational support to the Practice Manager across both locations. You’ll coordinate tech needs, support marketing and social media, manage small-but-critical details, and help maintain an organized, seamless environment. Key Responsibilities Technology Support and Coordination Act as the on-site go-to for basic tech support (simple printer issues, connectivity checks, rebooting devices). Open and track corporate IT tickets; sit in on remote troubleshooting sessions. Communicate updates to the team and track resolutions. Maintain various log of computers and device needs. Maintain computer related supplied Administrative & Office Support Prepare new-hire onboarding welcome items. Assist with filing, office documentation, and ordering supplies. Provide cross-trained support to front office roles when needed. Support Practice Manager with general administrative tasks. Social Media & Marketing Support Help monitor and respond appropriately to social media DMs. Maintain the content calendar and coordinate scheduled posts. Create simple graphics in Canva (ads, banners, slides for the lobby TVs). Assist with community marketing tasks: referral gifts, in-kind donations, sponsorships, tracking, and outreach.
