Position Overview: As a Pediatric Dental Patient Care Coordinator at “APDO”, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our patients. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and their families, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Your professionalism, exceptional customer service skills, and attention to detail will be vital in upholding our reputation for high-end orthodontic care. Key Responsibilities: Patient Engagement: Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient needs and concerns promptly, making them feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit. Appointment Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar by scheduling follow-up appointments, adapting to unique needs or requests of patients or parents. Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members in person, over the phone, and through email and text to address inquiries, concerns, and scheduling needs. Patient Education: Provide basic information about dental treatments and procedures, as well as triaging dental emergencies via phone. Dental Treatment Presentation: Clearly present and explain proposed dental treatments and procedures to patients and/or parents, addressing questions and concerns to ensure understanding and comfort with the treatment plan. Financials: Handle financial transactions and assist with payment plans as needed. Problem Solving: Address and resolve patient concerns or issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
