Camelback Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics – Phoenix, AZ At Camelback Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, we believe every child deserves an exceptional dental experience. Our beach-themed practice provides a fun, family-friendly environment where kids can relax and smile with confidence! We’re looking for a Patient Coordinator to welcome families, manage schedules, and keep our front office running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm Schedule dental and orthodontic appointments to maintain optimal patient flow Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements as needed Create and submit insurance claims accurately and follow up on outstanding claims Communicate treatment plans clearly to parents/guardians Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and courteously Collect and post payments accurately; reconcile end-of-day as needed Maintain organized patient records and documentation in Dentrix Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience Schedule Full-time: Monday–Thursday, 7:15 AM – 5:15 PM (60-minute lunch) Occasional Friday mornings for admin/training or special events Qualifications Prior dental front office or strong customer service experience preferred Dentrix (or similar dental software) experience is a plus Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused with a friendly, professional manner Compensation & Benefits $18–$21 per hour (DOE) Paid time off and holiday pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Employee dental and orthodontic discounts Supportive, upbeat team in a fun beach-themed environment!
