This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with patients and families every day. What You’ll Do: Welcome patients and families to the practice, creating a warm and professional first impression Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule efficiently Communicate clearly with patients about their appointments, treatment timelines, and follow-up visits Coordinate with clinical and treatment teams to ensure a seamless patient experience Collect and verify patient information and update records accurately Handle check-ins, check-outs, and assist with billing or insurance questions as needed Support office flow by helping wherever needed to keep the team running smoothly What We’re Looking For: Prior dental or orthodontic front office experience preferred (but not required for the right person!)
