We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, hospitality-driven team member to join our growing orthodontic practice. As the first voice many patients hear, you’ll play a key role in delivering a 5-star experience while keeping our schedule full and flowing smoothly. Daily Responsibilities Include: Answering incoming calls (first on phones during your shift) Fielding a goal of 40+ calls per day Checking and returning voicemails Scheduling new patient exams and follow-up appointments Rescheduling and managing schedule efficiency Taking payments over the phone Following up on referrals and pending appointments Monitoring and utilizing the Sooner List Triaging calls to support clinical flow Updating patient information and documenting thoroughly Communicating closely with the clinical and front desk teams This role requires organization, urgency, and a true passion for helping families. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Strong organization and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and ability to follow established systems and processes Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfort using computers, scheduling software, and phone systems Prior dental or orthodontic experience preferred (but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!) A team player with a positive attitude and patient-first mindset
