Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is complete. Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and the clinical team to support a seamless experience. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. Requirements Previous dental or healthcare front office experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience with dental scheduling and insurance verification preferred. Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
