We are looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our front office team. Key Responsibilities: Welcome patients and families with a positive, professional, and friendly attitude Manage check-in and check-out processes Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the doctor’s calendar efficiently Verify insurance benefits and assist with entering patient information into the practice management system Maintain accuracy in patient charts and ensure all forms and consents are completed Assist with financial discussions as needed, including explaining payment plans Support Treatment Coordinator and clinical team with smooth patient flow Handle daily administrative tasks such as emails, reminders, and patient communication Maintain a tidy and organized front desk environment Provide outstanding customer service and uphold the Rangewood Orthodontics brand experience Qualifications: Experience in dental or medical front office preferred; orthodontic experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and learning new systems Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Positive attitude and passion for helping patients What We Offer: Supportive, upbeat team culture Opportunities for training and growth Competitive pay and benefits The chance to truly impact the patient experience
