Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with polish and warmth
  • Answer phones, texts (via Podium), and social media DMs professionally
  • Manage the schedule, confirm appointments, and follow up post-visit
  • Assist with patient retention, testimonials, and engagement
  • Run reports and send branded text/email campaigns
  • Create monthly newsletters (Canva) and support marketing initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
