We are looking for a dedicated and professional Patient Coordinator to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Arabic, a warm personality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. She will be responsible for managing patient scheduling, providing support and guidance throughout the patient journey, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • fluent in Arabic and English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience in patient coordination or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience with IV Drip services or wellness clinics is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service.
