Description Patient Coordinator Cambridge Dental Group – Dearborn Heights Cambridge Dental Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Coordinator to join our fast-paced, team-focused dental office. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with patients, staying busy, and keeping the front office running smoothly. Position Overview The Patient Coordinator plays a key role in delivering an excellent patient experience—from the moment patients walk through the door to the time they complete their visit. This position will begin within the next 30 days. Key Responsibilities Greet and check patients in and out Schedule and confirm patient appointments Answer and manage incoming phone calls Maintain accurate patient records and front-office flow Support a busy general dentistry practice with multi-specialty services located next door Schedule Full-time (32 hours per week) Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Every other Saturday required, with a weekday off during the week you work Saturday Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in a dental or medical front office preferred Dental knowledge required Open Dental software experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment Compensation $18–$22 per hour, based on experience Comprehensive benefits: health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, life insurance.
