Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and is passionate about providing excellent care to our patients.
The focus of the role is working on our reception, being the first point of contact for our patients. You will be responsible for meeting patients, taking inbound and making outbound calls to patients about their appointments. You will perform administration duties as they arise whilst following processes and procedures.
This is a part-time position, working 18.75 hours per week across 3 days (flexible). Working hours are from 9:30am to 4:25pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

· Natural ability to empathise with patients and demonstrate a genuine care
· Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
· Excellent telephone manner
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems
· The ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems
· Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to prioritise and schedule work independently
· Approachable and friendly manner to welcome our patients into our hospitals and clinics
