THE ROLE
We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Patient Care & Community Coordinator who’s excited to make a meaningful difference in people’s fertility journeys. This is a unique opportunity to support individuals through one of life’s most emotional experiences while building and nurturing a trusted, empowering online community.
You’ll be a key point of contact for people exploring fertility treatment through Fertility Mapper, providing clarity, reassurance, and a caring presence. Whether via WhatsApp, phone, email, or social media, you’ll help patients feel informed, confident, and supported at every step.
You’ll also care for our digital community, creating a welcoming, safe space where members can connect and share experiences. You’ll take ownership of events that bring our community together, and through regular contact with users, you’ll help shape how we improve our platform and services.
