We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth patient experience by managing appointments, maintaining patient records, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare professionals.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Tracker software is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology r
  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office is preferred
  • Experience in a medical office setting is beneficial
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records management systems
  • Solid front desk administrative experience, including handling multi-line phone systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
